I am looking for an Architect or Architectural Technologist with experience in UK building regulations.
The task is to:
1. Produce Building Regs drawings and details for a 3 bedroom terraced house in England.
2. Review and approve schedule of works to include with tender documents
I already have to-scale floor plans and elevations in "dwg" format as well as a draft schedule of works "xls" so the task should be relatively simple for someone who has previous experience working on projects in the UK. See attached documents.
You will need to have an understanding of Building Regs Part F, G, L, P etc.
