Restaurant Dining Area Separation and Facelift

Information for the business: we are a F&B establishment sell sweets, savory, chocolate, coffee, drinks, and desserts
Industry: Food and Beverage
Design details: - we would like to give a natural separation in the dining area, where it will give our customers some privacy and a smooth entry into the place. Currently, when someone enters the restaurant, it feels like they stepped in front of a table directly.
- It will be for the inside dining area
- we do appreciate giving some separation but without reducing the number of seating space drastically
- we would also appreciate the current use of sofa’s and sofa chairs, instead of small wooden chairs
- we would appreciate having a cost sensitive design, as we are not interested in changing the whole design of the place
- detailed design of the restaurant is in the autocad file attached and pdf format as well (01 and 02)
- pictures of the dining area, the shop, and some ideas to divide the spare is attached (03)

- Design should take in consideration:
1. Ease of installation
2. Cost effective
3. Ability to remove all items without destruction to the place or our assets
4. Insuring theme of the restaurant (natural colors, beige, black, gray, and green)
Ideas for the visual style: Simple, Cost Effective, and Similar to our Shop and Theme
Things to avoid: Expensive Raw Material
Extra notes: Please consider the following in your offer:
1. total cost as lump sum, not per hour basis
2. final design should be submitted in CAD and PDF formats
3. estimated time of completion
4. simple sketch of what you will be developing for us, in order for us to evaluate the proposals prior to awarding it

Project award will be on February 15th
