Residential Architect/Technician in England

Design details: We are seeking ONLY creative architect, designer, technician who has extensive experience of planning applications in London, England

For development of an end of terrace/corner high street property in NW London (Brent)

The property is currently built on 3 floors as below
Ground floor coffee shop apprx 143sqm
1st Floor 2bed, 1 bath, Kitchen and Lounge on split level 57sqm
2nd Floor is a 3bed, 1 bath, Kitchen and Lounge on split level 78sqm

Access to the upper floors is via rear yard open stair

We believe we have the potential to develop the upper floors into 3 x 2 Bed flats or 4 x 1 Bed and seek assistance for the same.

A full AutoCAD survey plans and elevation have already been completed and we need you to develop this into a full design, specification and documents for submission to local authority to gain a full planning approval
You will also need develop external 3D photo realistic visuals (this can be sub contracted to others on this site) to sell design to planners.
Please only apply if you are living in England, preferably London and have extensive proven experience in dealing with planners and gaining planning and building regulation approvals

We also have terrace house in the same are which we wish to do a rear single story and loft extension (full CAD survey will be required)

These are both fast track projects and you must be able to develop designs and planning applications within 3 weeks of appointment.
