Re- design review of apartments - ideas for layouts

Design details: Hi

I have attached plans for a development we will be building,

I need ideas for better layouts of the apartments which will make them feel more spacious,

We also have to remember that we need to ensure that all SVP location are above each other and there isn't too much deviation from one floor to the next.

I need a full design review of each apartment to see how we can better the space staying within the guild lines for bedroom, bathroom and living rooms spaces.
