Planning of house/Bunglow in Empty plot

I have a plot Space, I have attached the plan and measurement of it.

I want to see which type of planning can be implemented in it for a bungalow.
So I can get any idea weather I should buy this land or not.

Bungalow design should be modern.

I don't want full detailed drawing for construction.
I want to see just 2d planning of it. Ground, first ,terrace plan

I have mentioned some numbers for comments in the plan
G- Gate
1.Leave 20 feet margin from road side
2.leave 15 feet margin
3.leave 10 feet margin back side
4.leave 10 feet margin back side
