Painter and Decorator required

We are looking for a painter and decorator to paint every room of a four bedroom semi-detatched property in Mansfield near Nottingham.

The property consists of four bedroom two double size and two single bedrooms, landing, upstairs bathroom, large through lounge, large kitchen, downstairs wc, hallway and stairs. All windows are UPVC double glazed so no window frames require painting although windows sills would need painting.

Majority of the walls are papered. Through lounge has polystyrene tiles to ceiling.

We require the tiles in the lounge to be pulled down, all paper either removed and or painted over if possible. All wood work to be painted in white gloss and all walls to be painted in Magnolia.
