Online sourcing for Airbnb setup

I'm setting up a 3 bedroom terraced house for Airbnb, and I am looking for someone to help sourcing of furnishings for the project. I want the furnishing to have a modern homely feel, but will also need to be eye-catching.

Please find the floor plan attached to ensure the proposed items fit comfortably within the rooms specified.

I'm working to a relatively tight budget and time frame, so am interested in someone that has past experience of being able to find sources of items with good value that are available to buy straight away.

The house in currently in an unfurnished state, but I've included a set of images of the property in both furnished and unfurnished states to give a sense of scale of the rooms.
