Mechanical & Electrical Consultant Report for New build House

We require persons to assist Architect with plans and reports for M & E requirements for construction of a High Tech New Build 600Sq M house. House built over 4 floors incl basement with pool, ground, first, second floor and garage. (Site located in CV47 area). Applicant must have experience in Modern high tech networked house design/build and must be able to show example drawings or references. P.I insurance is required. Full Planning Permission has been awarded and plans available on request. (by private email, so please advise your email when responding)
