Master carpenter

In a move to the UK, our new platform bed arrived without the fittings!!! The movers tried to put it together but it is NOT held with screws and metal but with wooden dowels specific to the size. It was an expensive bed but i do belive it was made in Thailand or Indonesia. The store where it was purchased, Crate and Barrel, in the USA does not work with the manufactorer and cannot get any replacement fittings. We require a carpenter who knows well how to fit the bed.
