Lighting designer

I need someone that knows about lighting designs and requirement. I would like someone that will be able design a lighting layout for my building and tell me what what would the appropriate lights, amount and wattage needed for my building. I am planning on having ONLY LED downlight, but i need help about the wattage and amount needed for each room, There are several room with different height ceiling that serve different purposes, such as restrooms, bedroom, kitchen, ballroom.
