Landscape garden design for a modern new build-Ireland

We are in the process of building a modern new home in rural Ireland. The house and garage sit on a 0.75 acre site which is in the corner of a green field site.

We have loads of ideas but want professional help to put them all into one plan. We ultimately want a 2d/3d landscape design and planting scheme that we can do ourselves over the next few years.

A knowledge of plants that are suitable and survive in Ireland is essential.
