Design details: Hi,

I have a plot of land in the UK which I want to set up a caravan site on. I will be having 5 pods, with a central covered meeting area, a hot tub area, an area for parking and a meter/utility area.

The site runs along a river and I would like some river sunset space to be designed into the location.

Can you help me design and give me ideas on how best to create the site please? I would like some 2d drawings initially and then some 3d renderings. It will need paths and seating areas.

Things to Consider/Brief

1. 5 Caravan Units Called A14 Armadilla's
2. Paths to connect them
3. Communal covered area with seating and a fire pit
4. Hot Tub location
5. paths and connections around the site
6. Parking, away from the accommodation
7. Away from the electricity masts running across the site
8. the accommodations needs to be private and at a distance of at least 5m from each other.
9. Private Seating area outside the caravans
10. View of the river from each caravan round window
11. A meter/utility cupboard is needed near the road.
12. Planting to create privacy on the site.

Ideas for the visual style: 2d plans. If they are good i would like some 3D plans as well.
