Interior design of a portable farm shop

Hi,

I'm currently converting a horse trailer to create a portable farm shop, looking for some help with design ideas as a small space which I need to fit a fair bit in.

Customers will access through the back bigger ramp go through and the exit through the smaller ramp at the front, inside the trailer there will need to be space for a chiller, area for a cash point and lots of shelving options. I also want to run a strip of lighting across the wooden beam at the top.

I'm looking for the style to be fresh but with a rustic vibe.

It is being done up at the moment (as you will see from the images) these pictures can be found in the upload section plus my logo, colour scheme for the outside is a sage green.
