Information on the business: commercial cleaning
Design details: 1. Design the interior and exterior of our new office block? The ground floor will be used to for retail (very small but possibly help to entice customers in) this is the most important floor/area and should be extremely welcoming (maybe like a 5 star Hotel reception area?) and should make people want to pop in for a quote and feel comfortable doing so.
2. It should look clean, modern and very welcoming. Incorporating our new logo on the back wall with subtle lighting behind it?
3. The 2nd and 3rd floors will be for our office use and the 4th floor will be for in-house training (possibly have a dozen different types of floors down so we can train cleaners on how to clean each different type?
4. The colour we should paint the outside of the building and why.
5. Design the huge vertical banners hanging from the roof down to the top of the first floor windows. These should be designed to maximise the great position of this immense building and its phenomenal location– and get a huge chunk of the walking passing and driving trade to pop in for a free commercial cleaning quote for their business premises.
6. We think 3 banners hanging in total outside the building with an image, possibly a celebrity image that we are using for our promotional work or open to other ideas.
7.
