I need our new kitchen designed

We have an old house in France and are about to make one of the rooms into a kitchen (3.9m x 3.6m). I have an idea of what I want but need an expert designer to plan it for me to ensure the best use of space is made. I need a plan which includes all the plumbing and electrical outlets to inform the builder. The materials etc will be sourced locally. Once I have selected the designer I can provide more detail.
