I need a floor plan, 2d & 3D design for my house.. Optional ( interior)

Design details: Hi Friends,

I am looking to build a house in my village in India- so i am thinking to build in south indian style- with Vaastu regulations- please go through the link- It is all asper vastu- Just help me digitize and add colors...

House has to be 30X71 feet excluding sitout - 6 feet in front & 8 feet in south side.

in addition i want you to add a simple stair case in the south side of the entrance hall and link it to the 2 master bedrooms in the first floor. Both bedrooms in the 1st floor has to be 11X17 with 11X8 bath- it has to be in the south side. I want no ground floor ceiling in the ground floor. so it will look more like duplex. in the front.

Sit out: must have the small 6" round pillars all around

THe plan given above is east facing plot.

I want you to help me do all the below,

1. based on the link - i need plan sheet.
2. Exterior view. 3 angles-
3. In the entrance hall- south side i want a inbuild stair case- having 2 bedrooms in TOP.

4. Optional( Let me know cost for interior designs in a very plain mode- without any artistic things- very very plain,) let me know cost of this
