I need a dorm style building

I need a dorm style 4 floor building with 8 rooms per floor. I need each room to have a walkin closet, water closet (sink/mirror/shelves/sliding door) & a Murphy Bed (folds up into wall during the day) Each floor has a community kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers. Security cameras in common areas & outside. I was thinking 12’x15’ room size. Is this something you could do? Once you have the first floor the rest of the floors are duplicated.
