I need a custom deck chair made

I need to create a standard deck chair created using ply (or similar) with lego-like studs to make it look like its made from 2x10 lego bricks.
The canvas would be using my BrickPrint design.
The legs would have real lego pieces so they could ultimately click onto green lego plates.
The green lego plates will represent grass.

If there is a way of working out costing that would be much appreciated
