I need 3D design for my house

I am looking for a 3D designer to create a 3D model of my house. The house is a single-family home with a total of 3 floors. The ground floor will have a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a guest bedroom. The first floor will have 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. The second floor will have a family room and a balcony. I would like the 3D model to be realistic and detailed, with accurate dimensions and materials. I also need the 3D model to be compatible with popular 3D modeling software so that I can make changes and modifications as needed.
