High level design of studio bedroom please

I am looking for an interior designer to provide provisional designs for 1 room (studio living/bedroom, approx 3x3) my annex (which comprises one living room and one bathroom in total). Please see the video and floor plan.

We have a nominal, flexible budget of £10k to decorate and furnish the room, including putting in a large skylight on the south facing roof (above the door entered in the video). We are cost conscious, so do value ‘good value’ quality over very expensive items... so don’t expect to spend the whole budget.

Style wise, we would seek to be guided, but enjoy the ‘white company’ brochure feel! (Doesn’t everyone!) We like the playbook that studio McGee stick to (if you’ve seen the Netflix series)

As part of the design, it would be interesting to know the prices and sources of your choices of decorations and furniture. I assume that is normal.
