General Handyman Needed

Good morning.

I am need of a reliable local tradesman/handyman that can repair/replace wooden fencing, do some decorating, light gardening, and help me 'tweek' a house before I put it on the market. The job should not take more than 4-5 days total.

The fencing bit is to replace/repair two large wooden back fence panels that were blown down and broken during a local storm.

The decorating is to:

1. tidy up a bathroom and remove mildew that keeps cropping up on the walls. Possibly a repaint with mildew resistant product.

2. remove glued on tiles from one wall of a master bedroom, patch the wall up if needed and repaint and/or paper.

The gardening will be a basic tidy up to make the small back garden look more presentable.

Any any other light DYI job that I may uncover, which should be minimal.

The back fence panels are the standard size large fence panels and the tile removal is on a room about 11ft long and one just one wall. The bathroom is small, roughly 7.5 ft x 5 ft.

This job may lead to more work on this and other properties.

Please note that I have hired local, advertised in shop window tradesmen in the past and have been very disappointed with results and other factors. Prove me wrong!
