External visualisation from photographs of existing building.

I need someone who can create a quick visualisation of a building from existing photographs. I have a single story concrete building se tin a town centre and I need someone to create a visualisation of this building to be refurbished and two more floors to be added on top of it.

Visualisation needs to be set into the realistic surrounding, ideally using photographs themselves or help from google streetview. All I have are the photographs, google streetview and pdf of layout of existing building.
