Extension spec page with standard details,

need an up-to-date specification page with standard details to satisfy building control requirements. all work is done and passed by an inspector and I have a letter of what he needs.
strip founds, c24 170 floor joist, cavity wall, 170 roof joist, flat (warm) roof, grp (cure it)
also need a calculation of two RSJ loadings holding FF.
changed from building notice to full plans as there was a public sewer within 3m of the building.
