Entrance hall photoshop image

I have a photo of an entrance hall that I would like to be photoshopped to reflect the interior design scheme I'd like to present. I don't have any plans, drawings, or 3D, just images of existing and images of examples.
An example of what I'd need is shown in the enclosed images. The submission should include the final photo as well as the photoshop file in CS6 format with all layers and effects.
