we are looking for someone to draw out some changes we are considering in our house. Namely, a more open plan living format downstairs including a downstairs bathroom, loft conversion to create new master bedroom and alterations to the 1st floor to accommodate this. The downstairs adjustments are relatively minor with no planning required but we would need planning for the loft.
We are also considering applying for changes to our external boundaries so may need a drawing of the street and plot.
Would like to start initially with the plans for the ground floor.
