Done to the applicable electrical/plumbing British Standards and Regulations terminology etc

1. Overall looking for a very simple application and plans for 'licence to alteration' application.
2. 3 bedroom residential domestic conversion based in rickmansworth, wd3 4hn.
3. Site visit will not be necessary. But can be useful if possible.
4. I can supply basic floor plan and positioning of plumbing, drainage and electrics. (possibly gas as well)
5. I can hand draw the approximate 'runs' of plumbing and wiring.
6. Thus need a professional design and draft plan reflecting that.
7. I will also supply positioning of radiatiors, bath tub, taps, light switches, power sockets etc.
8. I have put GBP200. But this we can discuss. I am not sure if it will take 11 hours. So I would look forward to your comments. A fixed price would be preferable.
