Dialux or Relux - External lighting Design

Reliable dialux or relux technician required for landscaping public realm lighting design and modelling for a college campus. The site comprises of 4 buildings, 3 for future 1 for construction in 2023. I require the interconnecting roadways (column lighting) and footpaths (combination of bollard and under bench lighting) - Usual requirement to design to CIBSE guidelines, provide an element of 3d representation in dialux/relux, lux level plots, uniformity checks, spill plots to adjacent non campus zones for planning.
