Main requirements:
1. The umbrella of the petrol pump
2. The umbrella of diesel pumps
3. Auto parts store
4. Electrician
5. Publisher + spare tires
6. A place designated for surfaces
7. Restaurant
8. A resting place for travelers
9. Residential units
10. Shops
11. Car washes
12. Electronic balance for cars (workshop)
13. Pharmacy
Additional services:
1. Determine the possibility of modern technology (car charging) or any additional modern technology, such as modern car washing, for example
3. Using electronic means to detect leakage from tanks and pipes
4. Determine the location of the surveillance cameras (presence of a monitoring room with a follow-up office, for example)
6. Allocating a guard room
7. Two toilets, one for men and women, and a bathroom for the disabled. Each toilet is provided with a seat
