Design Attached Duplex Units (mirror image design)

Greetings,

This project involves designing two attached duplex units of mirror image design based on the functional requirements that I have included in the attached PDF file. This project is for investment purpose (for sale as new homes), therefore, it is important to keep the cost of execution at a feasible level to make profit while creatively making the design very attractive and impressive.

The required design theme is contemporary/modern.

The duplex units shall have a ground floor, first floor, and second floor that includes a rooftop garden plus rooms.

The required deliverables include; Design Idea, 2D Floor Plans, 3D Exterior Rendering, 2D Elevation Drawings, and 2D Section Drawings.

Please read the attached document carefully and kindly pay special attention to the Required Deliverables, Delivery Schedule, as well as the functional requirements for the building.
