Construction manager trainee

Hello,

I require someone to do a couple of renders using 3ds max of a 3 bedroom house, which is very simple and I only want a certain part of the house designed and rendered i.e. it could be the roof, also I want the same house designed on Autocad, a section,plan and elevation.

I will provide the dimensions.please give me a reasonable quote.
