Chartered Architect or Chartered Architectural Technologist

We're renovating a dormer bungalow in West Wales (on a tight budget). Require a chartered architect or CIAT qualified person to help draw up planning and building plans as per our vision. Need plans for builder and also to comply with building regs and building control etc. (Ceredigion County Council). Nothing too grand, just reconfiguring ground floor (4 small rear rooms knocked to form 2 larger rooms) and eventually stairs up to loft conversion (2 beds + bathroom). Also need new kitchen + bathroom. Happy to do remote consultation but would probably require an initial site visit to see the building.
