Building Renovation

Hi,

We have 53 year old office building which is G+8.
The building is RCC framed structure.

The building is in the need of repair for its plaster is wearing off.

We were looking for a simple design upliftment for the building to make it more contemporary.

The windows had projected sun-shades which were broken off during the last repair/ paint job 15 years ago.

There are issues with water seepage and so we were looking to recreate a sun-shade in the design.

This is a community project whereby all the occupants will contribute to save the building - every one is running on a tight budget.

Can you help us with the elevation?
