Building Project - Site Layout

Hello

Attached is an extract (5 pages only) from a set of plans prepared for me as the Client. The plans were 90% drawn to my direct instructions. You will note that the \'Drawn By\' box has been left blank by the architect (I have not deleted / made it blank). I consider that the Drwg Set has no \'architect copyright\' (you may tell me different?).

I now require Site Layout Drawings incorporating the design / dimensions shown on Page 4 & 5 of attached .pdf. You are bidding to provide the \'equivalent for new Site\' of drawings shown on Page 1, 2 and 3 of attached .pdf. (Note: New Site Layout is for one house only).

The Proposed Site Layout (Page 3) needs to comply with Planning Regulations for Flintshire County Council, ie Space about Dwellings etc etc.

I would then add in the remaining design drawings to complete the set and submit for Full Planning Approval (Note: do not bid your effort / price for submission to LA ... I will do this)..

The postcode for the \'new plot\' is .... and attached is a Site Plan. I would propose that you use dimensions / boundary limits as indicated on ProMap. If plot size is critical at any point I would measure up on site.
