Architectural and 3D drawing services

I have 2D drawings of a 15,000 sqft historic building and need layout revisions and visualizations to support fundraising. Modify the upstairs plan to accommodate eight apartments: one studio, four one-bedroom/one-bath with a small office, and two two-bedroom/two-bath units. Reconfigure the ground floor for four medical offices and designate the side structure as a café. Deliver updated 2D plans plus interior and exterior 3D renderings.
