Accommodation schedule

I need an accommodation schedule produced - I have a table within drawings so all the information is already there, it just needs to go into a professional looking schedule (same as example included). As well as the apartments name and GIA (gross internal are) I also need to show communal area, unused area and total gross area. I need to show all areas in square feet and also in square meters. So using the example we need it all show floor by floor but include both buildings seperately in same table. EAch floor should show communal and unused space See attached drawings containing apartment numbers. The communal and unused areas will be provided separately
