3D design of a living room in skp format rendered with "real photo"

Design details: We need a 3d model (skp) of an empty living room + kitchen.
It should be rendered like a picture taken by a camera.
It should include all things that are "tight" to the walls and part of the room (e.g. windows, doors, sink, kitchen cupboard, air-condition, etc.
It shouldn't include any furniture.

Then we need 8 more skp models of this empty room designed to include furniture rendered like a photo, according to a specification that will be given later (e.g. design of a living room + kitchen for 2 persons who like "open space" and have low budget , etc).
