2D floor plan design required (Architect / Office layout planner)

For serviced offices.

I have attached a floor plan and dimensions of an empty office space. This is a street level office with glass door and windows onto the street. I need to add to this space the following …

1) Approximately 6 - 8 small offices
2) Approximately 8 – 12 small work booths
3) One small kitchenette for office workers

a) One larger office / meeting room, towards the front of unit.
b) One small conference room & table
c) One customer reception desk
d) One small customer waiting area, at the front of the unit
e) One toilet for workers and customers towards the front of unit.

Any visiting customers will only have access to the front part of the unit. It is essential they do not see the offices and work booths.
Items 1 – 3 must be completely hidden from customers.
Items a – e can be in the sight of visiting customers.

I have attached a floor plan (ignore reception desk), and also some images of the style of simple workstations I have in mind.
My No 1 priority is to squeeze as many offices & work-booths as possible to generate revenue. However, its important that the layout is as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

I am in a big hurry with this, so I will require an initial simple example mock-up this within 12 hours please if possible.
