2 storey refurb and extension SE calcs

Hi,

I have a house extension project, please see all attached information.
The house is brick, GF and 1F is timber and roof as well, so we will use:
GF ground-bearing slab with trench-fill foundations,
External walls cavity (conc block-insulation-block)
internal walls stud partitions
Steel beams and columns
timber roof structure

To be considered, please send me your concept structure solution proposal, just concept no beams, column, timber, foundations sizes which shows your knowledge in the field and also shows the amount of work needed. I need to start asap so I'll likely engage very quick the right proposal and quote.
