Alter existing design drawings required to obtain building quotations, i.e. they need to be architectually sound.

1) Change pitched roof on extension to flat roof
2) Width or rear extension should be full width of existing building less 400mm each side of boundary wall.
3) Exterior walls of extension to be wooden clad not render
4) Depth of rear extension from existing building line to be 3000mm to external wall
5) Remove external utility space on ground floor
6) Remove Flat roof over ground floor to rear of building
7) Insert 1x2m glazed roof lantern in centre flat roof and space 'new rooflights" out accordingly
