Wordpress theme layout

I am looking for someone able to amend layout/design of a wordpress theme for use as a blog etc for use with wordpress plugins - photos etc and to run alongside other corporate websites. This might be a free theme or another theme which the provider might recommend. I have domain name and hosting etc already setup. Any providers should have English as a first language or be completely fluent in English
