Wordpress functioning Website allowing for extensive Video uploading and captions

Here is what I want. I am looking for a very large storage capability on the back-end that can store around 15 gigs of VIDEOS (short videos)...I believe that You Tube can host the videos with their unlimited bandwith---unless you have a better idea---. I would buy a 10 page website from Go-Daddy where I can set up the basic site. I NEED to have links to EACH video WITH CAPTION I write available to the viewer when they click on each video--meaning the video must match the caption and when they click on a caption the video link is right below or above the caption and goes with the video I want them to see. So I would need the ability to link all the videos on my PERSONAL page on Youtube where the videos will be and I will buy the 10 page Website and monthly hosting at a company---GoDaddy or similar--and I need the videos and captions of EACH video to match up so people can read and VIEW what I want them to experience. This would seem to be an issue of embedding and I was told Wordpress can do this...what are your ideas...from start to finish....of course, I would give you full access to my URL so you could do your work.....Ken---USA
