Womenswear Fashion Designer Wanted for High Street Label

I am starting a high street brand womenswear label. Targeted at 18-35  trend fashion focused females. I am searching for a designer to work on the clothing for spring summer season. I will require about 25 pieces in total broken down by trend, ie a capsule collection per each identified trend. This clothes are targeted at a specific emerging market audience( not UK or US) and I will provide resource links and ideas to help you research the trends and market their to and ensure the clothes will be appropriate for my target audience.

OUTPUT
- Storyboard by trend with illustrations
- Full COLOR, TECHNICAL DRAWING SPECIFICATIONS. I would like detailed drawings that would enable the manufacturer to produce initial samples
