Wedding Invitation design

Hi Guys,

I am looking for graphic and illustrator to design my wedding invite. Meaning I need a wedding Invitation card very unique one.

I have to send the wedding invite via whatsapp and facebook so I will want the design to have something like a number so when I send it out I can count the number of visitors.

Some of the invite have to go via post. The ones going through facebook we want to have a button so invites can either accept or decline it we should be able to a summary or the number of accepted invite(is Like a facebook app)

Please let me know how much it will cost and when can I get the design.
