Website Viral Animation Video Designer Needed

Need quotes for creation of a website viral to act as an advert for the website. Needs to be AVI or MOV NOT Flash as I would like this to work on iPhones, iPads etc.

The viral will be a mixture of moving text, moving screen shots, overlaid text on screen shots and a small amount of other animation. The length will be anywhere between 1min30s and 2mins.
