Website Graphic Designer

Hi,

I'm basically looking for someone to trade freelance jobs with on an ongoing basis. I typically get a brief from my client, from that brief I'll quote them a price, I'd need my graphic designer to agree on a percentage of the job etc.

Jobs would include web designs in photoshop, business cards, banner designs etc. I'd like the designer to have some clients of their own so we can bring all our clients under one banner but it's not a requirement.
