Website design

Currently, I have a tech guy creating the website, but I need someone to make it look cool and pretty. It is a very simple website: landing page, plus 2 other pages. The look is elegant, clever, sassy, and minimalistic. I already have a theme in mind, but would love to hear creative ideas as well. You would need to be be able to liase with my, very sweet, website IT guy. Finally, I would also need you to create a PDF invite, which would lead people to the landing page of the website. I have written most of the copy for all of these things.
