Website design

We am looking for a website designer with a good understanding of PHP so they can work with my site and programmer. I have two websites fully built and need someone to design the graphics for new new features, promotions, flyers, emails and printing. You will need to work closely with my programmer who is in Canada BC and will need to be in either Canada or the United Stated. We are really looking for a clean and slick designer who can make amazing graphics that will go with our sites.
