We need annotated screen shots put together for our app on Google Play

Information for the business: We provide an app that lets parents manage the time their kids spend on their tablets and phones

Design details: Currently the screen shots we display on Google Play do not have any kind of description of what they are showing:

We want to add annotations to each screen shot so that customers better understand what the app does. Pintrest is a good example of what we are looking for:

Each of their screen shots is nested in a simple device graphic, and is accompanied with a small description. This is the kind of thing we are looking for.

We will provide the screen shots in each supported screen resolution and the accompanying descriptions.

The deliverable for the job will be the correctly sized screen shots in PNG and PSD formats.
