We need 3 layered photoshop images designed on the basis of the images we have given

Extra notes:
Currently we need 3 layered images (psd) for our social media covers, websites and other publishing. All 3 images must be layered and the plain background must be separated from the foreground elements in all cases. Forms and added elements must also be on separate layers.
The size of the images are mentioned with the specs and each image is of a different size.
We have 2 ref images which we have attached here.

Image 1:

Image size: 1500 pixels wide by 500 pixels high

1. Add more wall on left and right of the person to make the canvas bigger and place the person a little on the right of the canvas. Also separate the wall from the icons and the person and table so that the wall is on it's own layer. It is important that only the wall is on a separate layer - without any other elements like the icons etc.

2. Crop the image so that we dont see the legs of the table nor do we want to see the legs of the person - only a part of the table top with the laptop etc is visible along with the top body of the man. Also make the wall color uniform throughout instead of having a horizontal separation with the wall in 2 colors.

3. On the left side include this text in a suitable font:

What help do you need today?

This question must appear in top half of the image.

4. Change the graphic of the person like this:

a. Add this text with curved dotted lines connecting from the image - use suitable matching font to match the style of the icons - this text must be on a separate layer:

Image size: 1920 pixels wide by 950 pixels high

Take above image 1 that you have developed and use it as a base image and modify it further to give an image of another size and with added details.

1. Change font sizes and positions and sizes of images and text so that the composition suits this image size

2. Add our logo on the left side or the top as you find suitable in a separate layer

1. The man should be on the right side of the image in it's final size.

Remove the skull and bones blurb and replace the skull and bones with text as if he is saying this:

It's all about ME,ME,ME,ME,ME.....

The man should be on a separate layer and the background wall on separate layer if you are adding a pale colored background wall. This is so that the man is on a transparent layer and can be moved by us easily for re-sizing later if necessary.

2. On the left side of the image add this text:
