Water colour artist for Christmas single artwork

Hello there,
Im on the lookout for someone who can make my vision come to life.
I have written a melancholy christmas song with the view to be releasing it over the next 2 days.
I'd like an amazing water colour artist to create the cover, please.
I had the vision of a haggered looking christmas tree, standing in the wind and rain, with a fairy on top battling with her umbrella in the wind (2020 summed up in one, really).

I have attached two photos below. the first, would be the type of style i would like.
The 2nd is just for reference of the colours i would like used in the tree.
